Definitive Logic seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead multiple IT projects for one of our Federal government customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of multiple Business Intelligence applications supporting a variety of stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work directly with senior Federal leadership to understand objectives and priorities
• Perform requirements analysis and documentation required to capture, execute and multiple outstanding deliverables.
• Use database analytics or similar tools to perform source to target mapping for requirements documentation purpose
• Manage project cost, schedule, quality, technical, and contractual performance
• Organize, plan, direct, staff and coordinate the efforts associated with project software development, COTS procurement, integration, testing, training, documentation, and operations and maintenance, as appropriate
• Maintain staffing levels necessary to perform the required work on the project;
• Performance management of personnel, including professional development of staff, recruiting, performance evaluations, and mentoring for advancement;
• Serve as the COTR for all subcontractors on the project to ensure that subcontractors meet or exceed the objectives for all assigned tasks;
• Assist in subcontract administration activities, including status reporting, scope of work modifications, issuance of funding, and invoice processing;
• Provide timely management reporting on project activities;
• Identify and qualify new business development opportunities;
REQUIREMENTS:
• BS in Computer Science or Engineering or related industry/professional experience;
• Excellent customer interface and organizational skills;
• Ability to write and communicate effectively;
• Experienced in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies;
• Familiarity with system testing methodologies, and operations and maintenance;
• Working knowledge of Web Services based applications;
• Must have excellent inter-personal skills and strong leadership qualities;
• Must be capable of effectively managing a multi-company, geographically dispersed team in a virtual environment;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• U.S. Citizenship Required;
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance may be required;
