METHODOLOGY
Our business process improvement approach is founded on the basic systems engineering methodology of identifying goals, objectives, and metrics for a future state, baselining the current state, determining the gap, and coming us with creative solutions to help get to the future state from where our clients are today. In doing this, we recognize that there are many other tools and techniques out there and use our experiences across all of these to determine which ones will help most in any given scenario. One fundamental requisite of any of our business process improvement efforts is metrics: we focus on determining and measuring metrics that are meaningful from our clients’ perspectives. We then encourage our clients to monitor those metrics over time and take action as needed thereby implementing Continuous Process Improvement.
TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES
Our consultants are proficient in multiple tools and techniques including Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, Organizational Design, workflow process modeling, social network analysis, statistical analysis and statistical process control, and modeling and simulation. We use tools such as SAS and MiniTab for data analysis. We use iGrafx and Visio for modeling and simulation.
