Definitive Logic is a performance-based and responsibility-based organization, and we use our relatively small size to our advantage. We have created a flat management structure and rely on candid two-way communication throughout our company.

Interview Process

Phone Interview

Prior to the phone interview your Definitive Logic recruiter will ensure you have all the information you need to be prepared for this step. The phone interview will typically be led by a Definitive Logic Project Lead or a Subject Matter Expert.  It will last approximately 30 minutes and will focus on your skills and experience.  We will also provide an overview of our company, projects, and opportunities.

In-Person Interview

The in-person interview will typically be led by a Definitive Logic Project Lead and a Subject Matter Expert.  It will last approximately 60 minutes and will focus on a simulated business case similar to the ones you will likely face at Definitive Logic.  These open, two-way discussions will allow you to demonstrate your critical thinking skills and will provide us with valuable insight as to how you go about solving complex problems. Your Definitive Logic recruiter may provide you with preparation materials for this step prior to the interview.

Final Steps & Appointment

Should we mutually determine that you will be an ideal fit for a role with Definitive Logic, we will move forward with meeting all final approvals and contingencies. This may include meetings, background checks, paperwork, and clearance processing. A formalized offer will be extended and we will look forward to welcoming you to our team!
