Definitive Logic is seeking an Account Manager to lead the
strategy, business development and management for our growing client base
including US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Center for Medicare
& Medicaid Services (CMS), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA),
Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Agency Account Plans – ID Key Stakeholders, Key Program Offices, relevant
Programs to market Definitive Logic’s technical solutions to new and existing
customers across HHS agencies
Potential Clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the
prospective customer’s business/IT needs.
– Oversee delivery for any projects under the account including
profit/loss, staffing decisions and overall client satisfaction
connection between Federal/Agency priorities and goals, and who in the
organization is responsible for those specific business/IT needs.
call plans for those customers and set up meetings/demos for BD team and keep
opportunity pipeline up to date in corporate CRM.
– Become a
subject matter expert on DL business solutions, services, processes &
operations, as well as stay up to date on relevant government/industry trends.
partner relations; work with BD team maintain relationships and constant
communication with vendor technology partners.
the creation and maintenance of corporate marketing material.
– Help to
create and manage marketing campaigns (email, website, social media) regarding
DL solutions and areas of expertise.
– Manage DL
social media postings – at least 3 per week on relevant internal updates and or
industry related news.
Degree (Business Management or Marketing preferred)
– 3+ years
achievement in client facing roles such as Project Manager, Business Analysis
or technical fields
working in Agile, Waterfall or other project management methodologies
in federal business development sales cycles, lead generation, capture and
to multi-task and work in high-pace environment
verbal and written communication skills
proposals as needed
skills to build relationships across DL internally as well as vendor technology
partners and government prospects
in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
