The Air Force Small Business Enterprise Applications Solutions (SBEAS) is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that serves as a replacement vehicle for Application Solutions Small Business currently in use through the Network-Centric Solutions-2 IDIQ contract.

SBEAS SCOPE:

The scope of this IDIQ includes the comprehensive suite of IT services and IT solutions to support IT systems and software development in a variety of environments and infrastructures. Additional IT services include, but are not limited to documentation operations, deployment, cybersecurity, configuration management, training, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product management and utilization, technology refresh, data and information services, information display services and business analysis for IT programs.

Paul Burke

CO-FOUNDER / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Burke co-founded Definitive Logic (DL) and as CEO is responsible for corporate strategy, alignment of plans and policy, and ultimate accountability for execution and performance to achieve continued successful outcomes for our customers, partners and employees.

Mr. Burke has fostered the growth of the company from its inception to today a 200-person $32M/year business featured as Virginia Business Best Places to Work and Washington Post Top Workplace for 5 consecutive years. Mr. Burke previously led DL’s Business Transformation Division, where he established practices for Financial Management, Real Property / Asset Management, Human Capital Management, and Acquisition specializing in lean technology solutions that integrate and enable executive, management, and execution-level decision making.

Mr. Burke has a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2002, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1999. He was born in Washington DC, grew up in Alexandria VA, and attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. Mr. Burke currently resides in Washington DC.
