What is the Best Implementation Method?
An organization should always try out a system before investing heavily! DL highly recommends a proof of concept contract with Oracle HCM Cloud first. Include difficult organization use cases and be involved in the configuration decisions. After the Core HR system is selected, the support contract should be written with an opening to configure functionality options from the SaaS, listing basic modules needed (recruiting, benefits, talent planning, learning, etc.)
The Core HR SaaS will inevitably offer more than one organization can imagine. This method will save the focus group’s time for design sessions to consider the options available in the system while it is implemented. Minimum Viable Product can be reached in 3 to 6 months for each major function.
