• Women-owned businesses – 10% closed & reopened once; 29% reopened twice or more.
• Black-owned businesses – 12% closed & reopened once; 28% reopened twice or more.
• Latino/Latina-owned businesses – 13% closed and reopened once; 31% reopened twice or more.
