The annual list of the Best Places to Work in Virginia was created by Virginia Business Magazine and Best Companies Group. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Virginia and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
25% = Evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics
75% = Employee survey designed to measure the employee experience (EX)
We are thrilled to be recognized as a VA Best Places to Work for the 9th consecutive year! What an enormous and humbling achievement to make the Large business list for the first time! The challenge of scaling Definitive Logic while maintaining our extremely high standards for Employee/Customer/Partner Experience has been a monumental effort, but one that we have relished so it is awesome to get this validation.
