Paul Burke

CO-FOUNDER / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Burke co-founded Definitive Logic (DL) and today as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors is responsible for corporate strategy, alignment of plans and policy, and ultimate accountability for execution and performance to achieve continued successful outcomes for our customers, partners, and employees.

Mr. Burke has fostered the growth of the company from its inception to today a 250+ person, $50+M/year digital transformation consultancy featured as Washington Post Top Workplace #1 Midsize Company in 2021. Mr. Burke previously led DL’s Business Transformation Division, where he established practices for Financial Management, Asset Management, and Human Capital Management, specializing in lean technology solutions that integrate and enable executive, management, and execution-level decision making.

Mr. Burke has a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2002, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1999. He was born in Washington DC, grew up in Alexandria VA, and attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. Mr. Burke currently resides in Arlington, VA.
